You should be let go for simply being stupid. The obvious answer is train him to make fatal scrap mistakes then deny.

If the person you are training is from outside the US, don't do it. Tell them GF accepted US Govt money to grow semi in the US and you training someone outside the US violates the deal of the chips bill money they got!!
Accidentally pull your back out at work. File a workman's comp case and spend the next 6 months on long term disability.
Are they outsourcing your job to a low-cost geo? This seems to be the GF strategy!!
