Nielsen India Media Pvt Ltd has leased 112,404 sq ft of office space in Commerze III, International Business Park, Oberoi Gardens, Goregaon East, Mumbai. The 10-year lease agreement with Oberoi Realty, signed on July 9, 2024, covers the 36th, 37th, and 38th floors.

Male wfo compulsory in Mumbai. I have attended numerous calls where senior management folks running household chores or joining from public places. Mumbai engineering senior management in gracenote and nielsen can be easily replaced by parrot saying " What is the status"

The rent works out to be $42/sqft per year or $420/sqft for 10 years. For half that money, they could build an office in the US and OWN it.

I mean, they could have gotten any place but the looks matter even when there's no substance. BTW, does anybody know how much they pay for the GTIC in Oldsmar?

I guess the next buyer (if there's one) will love to have floor 37 and 38 somewhere in Mumbai LOL.

Outside of GCCs, what is the cost of all other leases? It must to be a very large sum and that is for offices that are deeply underutilized.
