Cisco looks to be completely rethinking how it does sales and how sales are supported after the fact (CSE/SPM).
The company also has a number in mind on how many direct reports a manager should have and how many steps there should be between ICs and directors.
If you are remotely connected to any Change Management role -- you are at risk. I know of entire organizations that were let go today.
