are we collecting garbage of ATOS-syntel for fedex account most of the hires coming in as managers don't have good communication or have little knowledge of processes. cant explain anything as processes.

either it shows woeful lack of expertise in Logistics domain in Accenture the global mgmt consulting firm. or the rates may be too low so the low pay folks at former vendor of fedex being hired with much elevated titles (to be dumped later?)
