You guys chose to work offshore and have different work hours yet complain about only having meetings with a small fraction overlap of US working hours.

The most entitled are the UAW workers. Ford needs to offshore those labor jobs as fast as possible. Once our true president is back in office, he'll put an end to ALL unions (except for our beloved POLICE unions) and then the plant workers will be culled.
I believe that we need to lighten up our import tariffs so that we can build our vehicles in low cost countries and import the final assembled product. It worked for all of the television companies - there are no more 'American' television companies and people aren't boycotting TVs. The same thing with cellular phones.
We need to offshore as much as possible and watch out bottom line skyrocket!
Still not complaining.
"Off shore does all the work." Well now maybe that's why everything is done with sub-par quality and we are in the position we are in. Thanks for pointing that out.
Doesn’t really compare to the entitlement North American employees have about not coming in Monday and Friday.
This is a real symptom of the company's lack of commitment to quality. If they really cared about putting out a great product, they wouldnt ship all of the engineering and IT work to LCC's. All that Farley noise about older workers arent retrainable and the company needs people with new skillsets was just a smokescreen for being able to ship the higher paying jobs out of the country. The tradeoff with saving money is a halfassed product goes out the door, whether its a widget or software.
I will not do their work in mi for them. Have them fly into mi to do whatever work is required. If hiring LLC is cost effective then travel to mi to do their job is part of it.
Off shore does all the work.
@egc So you're complaining that you're not complaining?
I’m not complaining.
