Name one success that has came from Model E.
Why? Because I want to listen to our fool of a CEO get interviewed on Bloomberg saying "look at us, we rebuilt the train station" while the chinese were preparing their next generation of EVs and investing in their product. While we invest in a dilapidated old building that was about to be torn down.
Honestly, Team Edison / Model e is not that bad. There is a mutual respect amongst my colleagues that was never there with the legacy products. In the Ford Blue, everyone was always angry with each other and shouting and complaining. In Model e, we don't do that.
I genuinely feel valued in this org. I never felt that way when I was part of Blue.
I suppose if I was a multi million dollar a year CEO of Ford and I could spend my time the way Farley does, it might be exciting to get out of bed to come to work at Ford. Think about it ... in one example, he goes to Europe on Fords dime, which includes premium travel accommodations, room, and board, and an entourage of support staff, to conduct a cross country road trip in a E-Transit van that ends where there just happens to be an F1 race happening. Yep, that sounds fun to me too. And then he gets to spend a lot of his time in the newer, premium spaces that Ford has to tell us about it. I think his asking us to share our "why's" is out of touch and in bad taste.

I feel reward when I deliver impossible TVMs so that Farley can spend it on his racing hobby.
Every social media post of him enjoying his Ford funded jet set life is the reason why I get up every morning.
Why not?
Why? Because I want to continue to contribute to the Ford family's dynastic wealth while our executives continue to fritter it away on stupid decisions like building more battery plants for vehicles that lose $40k per unit. And giving the UAW workers 40 percent raises.

I walked by the big sign at WHQ multiple times and I can’t think of anything other than pay and benefits.

Because I was laid off from my previous job and took this role out of desperation and realized I made a huge career mistake. Im here because I have to pay my bills but my career has been going downhill since Ive worked here
