This has happened so many times during market trading hours. Take a look at the subreddit and see how many times this has happened and how fed up clients are with Fidelity. How can a financial institution think that it is acceptable for that to keep happening during trading hours? All this focus on “RTO” and your IT teams can’t even run your interface correctly. Maybe, just maybe, as a company stop focusing on “RTO” and hire actual remote talent so your ship doesn’t sink.
