The staff counsel handled general liability cases, worker compensation, and construction defect cases.
So who will take over all the work? Is AIG outsourcing its legal function?
What is a staff counsel? What part of legal do they work in?
I don’t believe it was limited to NY. We heard with very limited exceptions, staff counsels were let go today across the country.
