Sure, LP may get interested to take a look what you were doing staying in the building for 30 minutes after clocking out, but if you were just chilling in a break room or walking around shopping, it’s not a ground for termination.
I'd say that could be a lp issue....could warrant a investigation
I don’t think there’s a ground for termination at this situation. You don’t have a determined time frame for leaving the building after you clocked out.
