Thread regarding Medical Solutions layoffs

The C-Suite either doesn't care or is completely out of touch with the employees

That Town Hall was a complete waste of time. Details are not shared with us, layoffs are passed over (and the only reason the EBITDA numbers aren't awful), and once again, recruiters are called out publicly.

The first pillar in the blueprint is "Attract, Develop, and retain talent." You can't do that if you don't pay people well to start and once employed stop promotions, raises, and bonuses. People are leaving in droves for better pastures.

People work for money. Anything else is just a perk.

You will be hard-pressed to find a group of lazier, answerless, vans shortsighted individuals than the management team in Aureus Medical Allied Health.
Truly remarkable that they all still have jobs as marketshare continues to dwindle and quarter goals continue to be missed.

The fact that most large companies are retreating from DEI initiatives and MedSol continues to push this shows where the company’s priorities are. Don’t forget the “B” at the end of DEI because “inclusion” apparently does not encompass “belonging.” This company is run by mo--ns!

Medical solutions current circumstances are a result of failed leadership and poor decision making at every single turn. Rampant over hiring, complete inability to properly poise the company for the future, bad acquisitions, awful tech and completely made up data that literally cannot be tracked appropriately. And you want to tell me to work harder? I’ll pass. Fire me and I’ll take my severance.

Rebecca couldn’t be bothered to learn how to pronounce people’s names properly. Laughing like a drunk teen. Disgusting

I thought I was seeing things! Glad to know I wasn't the only one thinking that. I felt really uneasy and had more questions than answers after that meeting. That was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Considering what everyone is going through and has been through. And the laughing and joking around like we just all haven't had our lives turned upside down. I was lost for words.

This company is doomed if that's who is running this and calling the shots here. Absolutely no excuse to be intoxicated while in a company meeting and to think people will take you seriously. I saw everything I needed to see yesterday.

Save your dignity and self worth and GET OUT now. That was horrendous to watch.

Rebecca was clearly drunk during the town. She does not care one bit. Collect a check for two years then she’s gone.

Agree with the above. Also, just because job opportunities import into our system does not mean they fillable jobs. They are assuming we have a good shot at filling all those jobs if we just submit candidates. They are not acknowledging the tier system for VMS and competitor MSP jobs that import, or all the jobs we have to close out because the low bill rates are not workable with our super high burden rate. Moreover, they do seem to understand the correlation between the temporary and direct hire work. Temporary/traveling openings are where we pour our time and efforts because direct hire has proven to not be super profitable for the company in the past. Been there, done that. Waste of money and resources to create a new DH department with a whole new set of recruiters. Similar to locum tenens department, it is not profitable for the company!
