Used to work for her until layoffs. She hasn’t led merch for “ over 20 years” as someone said. She was the marketing officer for Nick for a while (spending money not making it) and rose to merch around 10 yrs ago. Merch makes a lot of money — it all depends on how good the content is. If kids like to buy SpongeBob backpacks it isn’t because she thought of putting it on backpacks. So it’s hard to give her too much credit if she’s not responsible for the content (and she didn’t discover JoJo any more than McCarthy ushered in Yellowstone). Hardly a down to earth “regular person” when you talk to her. Very interested in getting feedback but then telling u that it’s your responsibility to address problems you’ve found with supposed support from her and various motivational speakers she wastes money on (and not much follow through from her except symbolic check ins that lead to nowhere and eventually u just give up). Someone with more business savvy would boost morale and make even more money for the company, but that’s not her. Not a keeper for the next owners but hardly someone to complain about compared to the freaks being burned on this forum.

Pam had lead global CP for over than 20 years better than all the white uptight men in the business and 3 useless CEOs ! She brought the dough ! Billions of it to this failed company. She’s probably one of the smartest execs at the company. Her division always made a ton of money. Those JoJo Siwa bows basically funded STIP one year.
Pretty much a glorified cheerleader. Or an expensive housewife. You choose. She'll be gone soon anyway.
