Mostly poor performers but also few whom their mgrs don’t like…settling scores.

The overseas program is not going to work. They are on the opposite side of the clock.
They are laying off at the end of every month. There will be team members having a tough Thanksgiving and Christmas. December is expected to be the big one where they finish off the non account sector and the managers driving the show are to be WFR. Lots of new overseas managers will be filling their spots. They will not continue to let managers fail and there be no consequences. They have a $ amount they have to get off the books and these long time managers will help meet that number quickly with their big salaries as low hanging fruit.
