Hence, why we continue to sell the Aureus Medical name to both clients and candidates. Aureus Medical/C&A Industries was a bigger and more successful company before Larry Courtnage sold to MedSol. Instead of trying to model Aureus Medical,
MedSol scrapped the successful model and made everything about themselves. Both clients and candidates do not have a favorable opinion of the MedSol name. MedSol put all their eggs in one basket with Dignity Health and has not signed a big client or health system since. MedSol’s refusal to “play nice” with other venders and MSPs royally backfired. Clients valued the relationships with Aureus Medical, and then MedSol refused to sign associate vender contracts and essentially told all those clients to go take a hike.

The "plans" are what got us in this situation in the first place. 🙄 I don't trust any of them. It's honestly laughable at this point. Don't be a sheep. Look at the facts that are presented and everything you've seen over the course of this past 1-2 years. You can't be that naive. Pats plan, the CEO's plan, etc hasn't worked. And all of that won't matter anyways now that all the travelers are aware of what is occurring as well as the competitor companies. No one will take MedSol seriously. Nor invest in the company.

You're missing the point. The long term name of MedSol is tarnished. The plans won't matter if the name of the company is a laughing stock and not taken seriously. Nor are they getting the clientele due to how public this has all become. They need a lot more than just "plans." That won't solve the major issues. Loss of trust within the company, etc.

Like someone else said. Pat has a plan. Don’t worry about the recruitment managers quitting or the numbers.

Medical Solutions is losing business not gaining business. The constant low numbers is proof of that. I literally was in a room full of 300+ traveling nurses as of a month ago. They are fully aware of what has been occurring and don't support what has been occurring. The way they can take a stand in that is by not taking a contract through Medical Solutions and that's exactly what they said which in turn would still keep the numbers low. You really think people are sending people to MedSol for a contract? Or telling them to take one? Nah it's actually the complete opposite at this point. People are telling them to stay far away from this company and it seems like they are listening.

That's wishful thinking not realistic thinking of the 5,000 to 7,000. The track record of constant low numbers would speak a different truth. Now that all of this is out there and people are aware of what has been occurring it's going to have a really negative affect. Which is what has been happening. MedSol is sc--wed long term. This will follow the company for years.

Medical Solutions is going to beat the market and grow from 5,000 to 7,000 travelers by November. Pats got a plan.

Aureus side. We know NOTHING. We are never informed of any layoffs until we get an automatic email reply. The lack of communication is ki-ling our morale. We haven’t had a REAL update on integration in 4 years. We are the forgotten step sister of med sol and operate on a system from 1920.
