How the he-l did this happen??

After working here for over 20 years, my passion for this company has been completely destroyed by the toxic, bully, and humiliating environment created by this BS leadership team. I’ve never encountered such bullies who are so lacking in experience and knowledge. It’s exhausting, and sometimes it feels like someone is punching me in the stomach. How the he-l did this happen??

I never thought I would dread Mondays, feeling anxious, humiliated, and depressed at the thought of interacting with these individuals. And I know I am not the only one feeling this way. You have to act like everything is fine, pretending to accept the disrespect, or you risk losing your job.

Now you know why the company heavily saturated us, over the past few years, with persistent emails about mental health awareness and mood-sensing nonsense. It was to cover themselves legally in the event of lawsuits regarding threats, harassment, and intimidation within the workplace.

You have been here for 20 yrs and just now realized that the incentive structure is toward destruction? You went through world record payout to Dauman during worst ratings in the industry? 406million dollar payout-exit in 2016...and in 2024 you wonder how this is just now happening? Seriously?

My team's leadership is almost identical to what has been written about leadership under Chris McCarthy. So this begs the question: how many other teams are like this at Paramount? How many other leaders?
