Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Is this a more likely layoffs scenario?

There will likely be some org changes after VRP but probably will not result in massive layoffs. An old friend said long ago; "the closer you are to the customer, the safer you will be."

I was rebadged in 2014. At the time it was declared a disaster and the legal team said they would never rebadge again. Have they started doing this again?

We’ll see how many layoffs come. Some very high positions have decided to throw in the towel. The president of Gatorade just quit. Maybe they are saving some cash this way. I don’t know anything but so many exec positions leaving is concerning.

They are still coming, but Pepsi is doing a good job of hiding it. Instead of a true lay off they are outsourcing positions to 3rd party companies. The CSC/Contact Center In Winston-Salem is having most of their employees rebaged to Cognizant.
