Anyone know from previous LRs the order of dominos falling? Starting with highest rank to individual Contributors, as is expected. Certainly many VPs and Directors in the list. Share as you know the names or the groups. I am using my unlimited PTO for this upcoming, very exciting, twice yearly, life changing event. It would be an amazing journey! 🙈 🤯 😜

I honestly don’t believe there will be VP’s and directors on the list. Those happen via re-orgs and not in an LR cycle. I feel eventually Cisco will only have management roles left as they keep chopping of engineers and probably lower level managers every round
Interesting enough, I see a lot of my coworkers setting their Linkedin page to "open to work" while they are still at Cisco. Not sure if this is because they already know they are on the list...
Another post on here said the invites are to be sent out Sept 4, and the actual meetings are on Sept 5 and 6. Not sure if they’re right but many comments saying it was true.
Is it known what date the LR training is to be?
This week is HR training for LR coaching to Managers. So if managers are invited, they have teams that are affected. No more changes besides legal.
