I will be one week short of completing two years on Sep end . What happens to my unvested 401k ? Will they vest it if they layoff from their side ?

It is 2 years to be completely vested
I believe 5 years to be vested.
Company matching money needs to be vested. Your contributions are yours.
Great question. Not a clue of the answer. Hoping they count you as vested. I'd reach out to HR. This is just a horrible situation all around :(
