Shell laying off hundreds in low carbon and exploration

I wonder how far behind Shell that Oxy will be. This whole thing seems like it has been a way to keep the govt off our backs, and pocket a little money from the govt. I think Oxy did a great job at coming up with a plan, but if the govt money dries up just how far will it actually go. I even saw where the UN was questioning the whole carbon credits thing.

Carbon credits are really nonsense. The only way to make money from carbon capture is through EOR. The problem is you cannot call yourself green removing CO2 just to produce more earth damaging evil fossil fuels through EOR.

I wonder how far behind Shell that Oxy will be? Well, we are a contrarian company according to HIM. We do the opposite to those that are doing the right thing.
