Someone wittle feelings got hurt. Probably a high pay grade manager who gets his no matter what. Truth is, there are worse companies than AIG. Many better ones, too. My issue is management doesn’t try to make things better, they seem to make them worse. Not promoting enough from within and developing talent is a big one. Another is not giving all employees a stake in AIG by doing LTI for all employees that have a tenure of say three years. But layoffs are coming, it’s a certainty.

What is immoral and wrong is first companies to put money above everything else. They do not care one bit about their employees who are the actual life blood of any business. Without dedicated workers companies cease to exist
Can you all stop saying what you feel and rather think about the paycheck you are getting to feed yourself and your families and be grateful. If you don’t feel grateful you are the biggest loser.

AIG is just another example of corporate greed. They had no problem taking US tax dollars to bail them out and then turn around and outsource US jobs to cheap foreign countries. Well, we are seeing the outcome of that as the quality and service has gone downhill in a hurry. Brokers should be jumping ship as quickly as possible for their clients sake. The board members do not care as they all have their golden parachutes
Did they ask Accenture to write this post so as create pity about the management and Accenture being unable to execute projects efficiently.

PZ has improved share holder value for his company and Corebridge. He will go down in history as the best CEO of a well run company. There could be a biography of his coming out discussion about how steered AIG as a winning company and spun off corebridge. Hollywood should be making a movement of this historic moment.

There are companies that value its talented employees and want to keep them and the employees are happy and proud to work for those companies. AIG does neither and a company that does not value its talented employees does not deserve to have them in the first place. Unfortunately this company is run by greedy people who care less about anyone but themselves and are incapable of taking this company to newer highs.
