Every tool has some draw back and some plus point.
Harness is no different.

Harness is a pretty good tool. I think a lot of the gripes people are having here are some of the issues they have encountered. Harness is great, when it works. Just as Jenkins is great. But you need a good support team to manage it.
We probably should have used HaaS. You know. Harness as a Service. The Cloud. The super information highway.
