do your work, but keep applying. don't give up. don't let a good day, or a "shout out" e-mail or "Rockstar" comment let you get lazy with putting effort into finding your next job. Xerox is a great place to work...while looking for work. You can't guarantee your career here anymore. Don't "quite quit" where you get lazy and don't put an honest days work in. laziness is hard to burn out, and Xerox will let you get very lazy and very burnt out. stay strong and remember to stay committed to finding your real career elsewhere.
