As per the townhall, if you are in TIAA 9 Band you will be mapped to Accenture 8 band that means Associate Manager and if you are TIAA 8 band you will mapped to Accenture 9 band that means consultant. I am not sure how many of you know, as per our experience (15-20 years ) it is seriously very low band. In TIAA it was very different as only few people are in greater than 9 band but on the other hand in Accenture band 8 and 9 is very low.
After 2 years when you will be moved from the project and deployed in different project, it will matter a lot. Think carefully.

What about current consultants that are being hired by Accenture? Will they pay as much as TIAA was paying the current vendor?
For any consulting company, band matters a lot. Your salary, work profile every thing is dependent upon your band.In TIAA it never matters because it has less employee and people knows each other’s. It won’t be same for a company of 750k employees
Does band level really matter if pay is the same for two years? The job market is tight right now, and most companies will not come close to your TIAA pay.
Agreed. I’m mapped to level 9 and that’s shockingly low. They really want all of us to leave after 24 months?
@5fcy+1ugWNZHY the news has been out for over a week. If you were told you are last Tuesday then you are.
Are all individual contributors that flowed up to Ajit the ones who are going to be transitioned over to Accenture?
Don't be tricked by the trolls here. What is there to think carefully about? Turn down the job and get canned now, or quit in 2 years if they really do lower your pay. Why would you skip 2 years of the same pay to be unemployed now without severance?
It's confusing. Which TIAA levels are for department directors, department senior managers, department managers, team lead, senior specialist, specialist. Knowing this information will make it easier to compare it to Accenture's levels... before we get the offers.
Offer sent I think 9/27 (verify with your manager) to your personal email... not TIAA email. We have to submit by 10/4
Any thoughts on when we can anticipate the offer letter.
The offers will be emailed soon, we are all anxious about what it entails. We need to watch and listen carefully to the recording(s) to get a better understanding of TIAA scale vs Accenture scale . Thanks for the "band" explanation.
