a large number of customers are cancelling their belk card after the interest rate goes up to 34.99% and some customers are cancelling because of the $2 a month paper statement fee. belk card usage has dropped. and belk in-store applications at all time low.

The card and synchrony are junk and they overcharge with lots of fees.
An they used the credit card program to get the $$ to stay alive!
