L6, started in march. this has been the most confusing, uncertain, and just toxic environment ive ever been in. already looking for exit opportunities, as the culture here and overall dynamic in the technology area has been terrible. all of this AOP and random transformation projects seem to just be so unorganized and uncertain. am i crazy for wanting out so early in this tenure? advice appreciated
