Way too much management focus on DEI cr-p last 8 years. Lost focus on properly running the chemical business. DEI does nothing to help any business, and companies re droppin g it - only hinders by loss of focus and wasted resources.

That's the problem, DEI over profits, and DEI diminishes profit.
There are plenty of companies without DEI focus, perhaps you can look for a job at one of those. There are many of us who value Dow's DEI focus and see it as a positive.
