The reinvention started after the Thoman era in 1999-2000 (Thoman was right, by the way… his ideas and direction were correct.. he walked into what was the same company it is today … and that was 22 years plus ago). In the 20some years since nothing has changed (except Xrx market cap ) …. So the answer to your question is …. The 12th. The 12th of never.
