GF handed out lunch & spotlight awards to Management, MTS engineers for the work everyone else did for the IATF audit. This place is a joke!

These leadership meetings are a total waste of time and money. Having attended the one in NYC in fall 2022 it was crazy expensive and there really wasn't anything useful which came out of it. Listening to David Reader on the aircraft carrier and the puppet HR lady was a total waste of time. Think about how much this costs ~400 execs at GF and each trip on average (some US, some international) is let's estimate $3K. That is a minimum of $1.2M spent on such an event, the ROI just isn't there.
it's sad a GF employee is paid to monitor this site but since you're here, go tell your bosses the easiest fix is to promote managers on merit and the retention of their direct reports.
