It seems to me every year April time frame there is a layoff. It’s really a survival situation. Just work for the paycheck while looking.

He’s demonstrating extending behaviors for #4 to make fair profits (albiet for personal gains and not for shareholders and employees) and #5 To recognize the personal worth of all employees by providing a framework of job security. Again, nothing said that his action should benefit or affect all MDT employees, just the Martha clan and a few yes-man
