Unions are crooked, corrupt organizations who steal from workers and use that money to line their own pockets, harm employers and donate to the Democrats who destroyed America. Unions are bad for workers, bad for businesses and bad for America. I want nothing to do with a union.
Just be careful what you wish for in unions at Walmart. Walmart has been known to shut a store down due to a union coming in. Saw it first hand. It abolishes not only your job but everyone in that building. They do not like them and WILL get rid of them.
Walmart will replace everyone with AI except the richest family on earth. They don't earn their billions like Musk.

Walmart, as a company, may talk a good game, but it's completely different at store level and most of us know it. Walk through a store and see if dress code is followed. Listen to the associates talk. Play "find a manager" in some stores and you may wander around for a long, long time. Most of the employees that I talk to hate their job. The entire work environment has changed over the past few years and not for the better. There's no appreciation for a job well done. It gets mixed into the bowl of mediocrity and evaluations reflect that. How many "exceeds" are given at any store? Do you think that associates feel appreciated? Maybe, in some smaller stores where there's that old "family" vibe. Associates are a brick in the path to Store Managers getting those fatter bonuses. Be ready to be stepped on.

Nope. It can’t happen. Doesn’t fit the eligibility. Besides, unions are a scam nowadays. If you want better wages and /or working conditions, you probably should have stayed in school and stayed out of jail. You could be working for a company where you had an opportunity to build a career and some personal wealth, bought a house in a safe neighborhood…… instead of working at Walmart where the totally inept are leading the totally hopeless. Walmart will literally hire anyone now. They don’t even dr-g test anymore. They hire new associates that don’t speak any English. They will hire you back even if you stole from them and were terminated. When you work for Walmart, you are literally admitting you’re at the bottom of the hiring pool.
Really easy to unionize vision, many unhappy folks in our market. Maybe unionize pharmacy as well.
Unions are a scam just like the government. Please keep them to yourself.
We could keep listening to “You don’t need anyone to speak on your behalf.” Remember the old days when everyone freaked out if union literature was in the store? Quick, pass out those disposable cameras!
Yes, by all means….. go out amongst all associates and start spouting the union line of lies. We’ll all just sit back and watch. This should be fun.

Now is not the time to make demands to your employer. Be thankful you make it through this recession employed. There are plenty of people who would be happier to be in your shoes.
