Linda Zukauckas brokered the sale and then they fired her. This guy didn't even last the year. Pretty cray he announced his retirement in an email blast and then Karthik had to quickly post a followup.

The ship is going down folks just as I predicted several years ago. Profitable parts sold off. Lay off everyone else and move to GCC. Nielsen as it was known is dead
