Now that we’re about two weeks out from the first round, has anyone had any luck negotiating their packages yet? Have you had more success with certain elements? Who do we even reach out to to start this discussion (generic HR email address…?)

Severance is not required by law, however, many companies offer it.
Two weeks per year is standard when severance is provided.
