I am currently a CL 25 in the R Lead role, with my next role being TSLS in October this year. I was assessed in 'Very Good,' while last year, I assessed in 'Excellent' category. Given that my average assessment is 'Very Good,' is it still possible to receive a CL 26 for SLS position?

No, you are not getting a CL bump or raise with VG, money is tight this year and next year also. You should be glad you still have a job.
You’re basically asking for the advancement guide. You can be about 32 years old and go to CL26 if you ranked O the past two cycles. Obviously it’ll take longer than that if you assess lower.
No because u need to be at least excellent or more 2 years in a row to get promoted.
They dropped u on purpose to avoid promoting u for another 2 years at least. This is a normal tactic
CL progression is based on YEE and assessment, with each business line topping out at a certain CL (27 or 29), so those last few bumps are way late in your career. CL progression tied to job role is discretionary but there are specific guidelines as to if your role is eligible.. even then, you need to perform in your role before you get the CL bump. (And wait for the quota if your CL is high enough.)
What’s your YEE?
yeah to echo what others have said CL doesn't automatically get bumped when you get a certain position...it's based on a cryptic, ever shifting set of requirements (usually not in your favor).
I don’t think they will still assign you the SLS with very good assessment.
CL bumps typically come from a combination of YEE and performance results. They are not position-based.
position and CL level has correlation, but not a direct relation. It is all down to whether someone in the SLT suggested a CL bump in your profile.
Not sure that you will be getting a CL bump for VG except if you have been in 25 for a longer period
