Do you work for BCG? A very simplistic and flawed approach, only looks good on paper.
If you remove the knowledge, experts and those that actually do the work then what happens to productivity?
Of course, hire more consultants to plug the gap.
Actual real costs are paid to those VPs and above with their million $ “remunerations” from various sources.
I've heard they're saying it's due to budget cuts. Are we actually supposed to believe that? Are they really using that excuse?
At least 50% of manpower could be reduced with little or no difference to actuality. The company is a sham.
Let’s be honest. You could eliminate most of OCD with little to no impact on the business. At least with LP, however poor it is, there’s a sound reason for having it.

Lots of news around layoffs in monthly cycles for expats. Seems they are looking at total packages now, EAP, Rental,. Let's hope for the best.
LP and OCD are ripe for the cull. Combine dead wood with non value adding work. Bingo.
