I’ll never forget in 2018 how I reported bulk license orders for PoweredBy that had no end customers sold at Gitex and I was pushed away by three leaders regarding it. One in US, two in MEA when offer definitions were clear on product expectation. If they got away with that I can only imagine what else has happened.

Investigate staff who owns companies and sell their companies’ services to avaya
Investigate heavy discounts that never reached the client.
Investigate hires that came from big clients after signing big deals.
