Over 10 years at this company and many different roles. I’ve never seen it so bad. I thought I might retire here, but I don’t think I can make it much longer. Anyone else feel like the leadership is taking the wrong turns? It bothers me to see Ram and Ramon talk about people and culture. They are very far removed from reality. Most people I talk to at PBNA feel the same.

10mins before a 1on1 and I literally start to panic. My blood pressure was sky high and my resting heart rate was 110. I broke down and cried because I’ve never had blood pressure issues up until this year. I’ve never been so overworked and overwhelmed in my life. I am literally working now to try and stay ahead…Because god forbid I “drop the ball” I literally tried to quit this week but somehow my leadership convinced me to stay. Truthfully I cannot afford to be out of work for very long. I have updated my resume and started applying. I am done!! I hope I find something soon.
Left after 29 years and wished I had done it sooner. There is life outside of the Pepsi insanity, a much more relaxed and rewarding life.
Pepsi su-ks a-s
39 yrs with this company....and the management have ran this company into the ground.
Go woke, Go broke !
Regarding the disability post, tell them you lawyering up and call your state labor department
OK. BYE.
This arrogant corporation ignored my legitimate, documented request for a disability accommodation which is clearly covered under the ADA acts of 1990 and 2008. 8 months have gone by and I was told earlier the HR person, in another country mind you, cannot be located and was on leave. So my health potentially at risk - not an issue. But you can bet your retirement that if you were a day late with their annual bribery, harassment or related training - HR would be all over you like a cheap suit on a used car salesman. Or the ridiculous annual OHS survey - late for that? Better not be. Over 6 years here and it gets more miserable every day. The last town hall was all the proof you need how this place will never ever take responsibility for their poor decisions and performance. Blame the rank and file staff who toils away 50 or 60 hrs a week for the failing numbers - not the fact that consumers are hurting and will not pay more for overpriced food - much of which is non essential like chips and soda. If you can - leave - hopefully with a VRP and a job offer. I cannot imagine this place will ever get better. My own manager - a lifer of over three decades - in a moment of candor - admitted this company “chews you up and spits you out”. Truer words were never spoken.
With you there. Never in my career have I dreaded waking on a Monday so much. I’ve applied and have some good leads. From what I have heard, the life after Pepsi is better.
