What are we all expecting for the MR and FR roles in the next month when the new plan roles out? The next year? Anyone have any idea? With the new call center opening up overseas and the MRs not recruiting alts anymore, the FRs expecting to recruit, and also some homes will be able to have equipment mailed to them, I’m just wondering where this will leave the majority of the field.

More than half the MRs and slightly less than half the FRs will be let go over time. The impacts will also flow up to field management and support services.
Nielsen is done for.
Laid off, of course. They have been laying off the entire US workforce for more than a year. It's crystal clear, their strategy, in my opinion.
I mean, I don't know how this is even a question for anyone anymore, lol.
