I heard HO is pushing to stop working with most Vendor companies. One I know for sure is Kitestring. They don't care if whole teams dissappear. For some exceptions they will offer some vendors to become associates and move to Bentonville

Walmart’s past shows us quite clearly they could care less about associates, so you should totally expect them to lay off any US based associates and farm this out to India or their Indian contractors in B’ville.
Isn’t IC rule makes vendor model illegal ?
This is long standing of US court. No enforcement else all these fake vendors are behind bars already. I think it will have major impact to end customers who rightly deserve too as in many states they are joint employer which will hurt them badly once enforcement starts.
