Thread regarding Norfolk Southern Corp. layoffs

NS may be done with PSR under the leadership of Mark George

I have heard from two reliable sources that NS may be done with PSR under the leadership of Mark George. He said in a statement that the past 18 months at Norfolk Southern is brutal and wants to have a fresh start for the company moving forward. Maybe this a sign for great things to come for the company as a whole.

He said that they are going to implement PSR but not at such a drastic way that Squires did it.

Yep and the company came out with a new contract offer just before an election, Section 6 to scare the union and membership into accepting it … What if this election ? Share holders and Hedge Funds run the rail industry now not Mr.George

Fake news. NS is not done with it. In fact they're just getting started, again. Look for many changes and pain. Can't escape it. They're held hostage to the share holders.
