Federal Contractor Minimum Wage $17.75 on January 1, 2025

The Federal Contractor minimum wage will rise to $17.75 on January 1, 2025. Pearson Vue test center employees are federal contractors. If you are making less than $17.75 your pay will increase. If you are making more than $17.75?

The 9th circuit ruling only applies to the plaintiffs in the case. If an injection is issued, it only applies to certain states. Unless there is further activity with the new administration.

Any reason to keep the wages !ow will be jumped on. They were resentful when they had to increase pay when Biden issued the order.

Here’s an interesting read. There’s probably no clean way of backtracking on the higher wages.

Or maybe some inside of the company would love to bring the rich wages of 10.50 an hour. Oh…and don’t stay in the bathroom for too long. And forget about taking a lunch break!

Open positions will have to increase the starting wage and it would be smart to post that now.
