The cast majority are whiny rants with made up facts. A few are valuable and you can usually tell the difference easily. So that's why the site is useful.
I went to a few other company layoff threads and I don't know why but Cisco's is the only one remotely this full of ridiculous conspiracy theorists.
I read the posts about interviews and new opportunities and definitely scratch my head. It’s fascinating to see how many people are so far away from reality.
