OJ hasn’t done a thing. His entire vertical needs to be eliminated.

Avaya is in trouble and no amount of spin can fix it.
Why remove so many staff if this wasn't the case! After this 75 goes in Galway the 500 that went in America there will be more!! 2 years of layoffs and 1 more year to go!!!

sez who? or are you just wishful thinking? if you see leadership leaving it may be they see the writing on the wall for FY25 and are getting out while they can before they're asked to leave.
