No layoffs until April 2025!! People who do nothing can celebrate holidays without having to worry about free money. Loads of $$$ will be spent to feed the pigs before layoffs begin in April (next fiscal year).

My last day is nearly here.
I encourage all of you to find a better place to work. It may be hard for all of you to see, but Gainwell is such a bad place to work. The unethical and illegal behavior that is the backbone of the operation has become the norm. It’s sad that a company would take advantage of states and governments to steal billions of dollars. And it has become such normal behavior that the employees think that it is ok.
It really is too bad that good people have gotten su-ked into it all.
Good luck to all of you. Don’t let this bad company change you and make you a bad employee.

Explain to the masses here why Gainwell has rolling layoffs on a monthly basis?
There may be 250 job openings but that doesn’t mean that layoffs aren’t happening. Layoffs are happening every single month at Gainwell.
Just pay attention and look around a little bit and you will see those layoffs. They are unpredictable and often make zero logical sense. But nonetheless they are happening.
There are close to 250 job openings at Gainwell. Someone just likes posting layoff fear in here.
