Team squabbles, high-school level pro. A lot of bi--hing about everything and anything too. Passive-aggressive and completely useless mgmt. Couple of people who are always trying to offload all the work on others, but take the credit. The rest of us who are under a lot of pressure, anxious about our jobs and hating it at the same time. We all are overworked and underappreciated. All that in a company without any drive led by people who don’t seem to care one bit about its future.

Agree with the previous poster. You are welcome to leave. But you won’t. That’s our bad luck. Let’s hope you’re part of the next wave of layoffs.
