What the heck is all of this mumbo jumbo about “Owning your own performance”? 😂

What’s with the anti young people rhetoric from sour old grapes on here?
Bet it’s the same old guys who complain about age discrimination when they get laid off.
You do realize your anti genZ comments are explicitly ageist? These angry old guys should go somewhere to enjoy being laid off, go graze on a farm and complain about all the young folk while you’re at it.
Obviously it's to introduce the idea, literally as a brand new concept, to useless Gen Z-ers that they actually have to work and produce value for the company.
Why can't they just create then fail to fix bugs for decades like the majority of Cisco's old people did?
My boss said the same thing when I asked about my performance kpi and metrics. And when I actually wrote them to present to her, she rejected most of them LOL.

It sounds like it means when your management gives you a new first priority every 15 minutes you need to be able to make it seem like all those random 15 minute time slots which added up to nothing useful was really better than anyone else could have done.
TG must have said because he knows his own performance is awful since he joined
Means you need to jump ship if you're unhappy with your pay.
@1sbq+1uUIpAWt TG sent it out to SBG. Definitely just a way to get names for PIPs and silent LRs. Pretty sc-mmy.
What meeting or email was this from?
Who is gonna own my paycheck?
Who else is gonna own my performance? Lol. But that does not translate into owning my career. That is in hands my worthless management
This is just a process to collect names for the next round.
