Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

will S&T OHS be swept under the rug as usual?

I really hope people mention this in their OHS comments!! we're all complaining from the same things: toxic environment, shutting up any voice that doesn't blindly agree, pushing people to work beyond their breaking point and rewarding people who do this, disrespecting personal priorities and working calendars, underappreciated efforts! Disrespectful culture that shows lack of integrity and empathy.. It is becoming a h***hole! More than 10 years in pepsico across 2 sectors and this is the first time I am seeing something this bad. We are starting to wonder what reason is there to reward such tyrannical mediocrity

Almost 20 year employee working for one of the Divisions. My Team and Leadership are good for the most part, so I filled out my OHS and submitted.

The Sector Leadership waited until most had submitted their surveys then sprung layoffs and outsourcing to the Field Team.

Of course no way to get my OHS unlocked for some new concerns I have.

The writing is on the wall, any planning or analyst roles will be going across the border.

Search the PepsiCo Job’s Site and I’m sure you’ll find a variation of your role available in Mexico City.

The best part, “ Even if you’re not 100% qualified if you’re interested, please apply.”

I know for a fact that the OHS results are altered to suit the narrative.

Wow. Guess no one was happy about the OHS Hunter response.

I heard through the a couple of discussion with different people, HR has implemented OHS Hunters for each group to hunt down who put in bad OHS review and get rid of them. Depending on the size of the Dept, it could be a Director, Sr Mgr, and/or Mgr. They'll conduct interviews/question session to understand how you responded to the OHS without being direct. If they determine by your responses it was you, you're gone and the chance your OHS responses could be omitted.

What I'm interested in is if the whole group put in sub-par OHS surveys....Are they all gone?
