I gave you an upvote for a great list but I am curious if anyone can give an example of "3. Over-Planning without Action" at Cisco? I look at documents like the Parser Police Guidelines and the Product Security Baseline and they not only help people understand what works but why many alternatives have already been proven to not work, and as a customer I continue to curse those who didn't read either document. If anything, Cisco needs more planning to figure out how to solve a problem once correctly instead of dozens of times incorrectly.

well, this is more and more reading like HR tell you it is your fault..layoff is not your fault. 99% layoff at Cisco has nothing to do with performance or anything above . the above I learned in 1980s and not new, none of these matter..
