Question to those who have quit on their own, do purchased devices have to be returned (laptop and cell phone is clear) but what about internally purchased monitor, headphones, etc.?

The cellphone you paid for & is yours. You have to open a case to have Cisco put a note on your phone # telling the carrier it’s ok for them to allow you to switch the services to personal paid instead of company paid if Cisco pays your bill. Be aware that Cisco may have accepted upgrades on your behalf such that you may be forced to keep that line of service on your plan until the upgrade terms have been met, in my case 10 mo.
Monitors, headphones, & printers are considered untracked assets & they probably don’t care. If your manager remembers purchasing it & wants it back, they may ask for it, but that’s unlikely. Even when I was an employee I kept the extra power bricks & dongles when I turned in my laptop because they were compatible w/ my home stuff.
They only want the computer as its leased. I kept all my monitors, the $1800 custom built desk that I can sit/stand, custom chair, Desk top pro, head set. All of it would cost more to send back than the actual value of the items.
Cisco doesn't care. The lo$$ of all your stuff is a rounding error on the books.
Laptop is all they usually want, the rest cisco doesn't usually care about. If you have any expensive cisco monitors they might want those too.
Look on your managed devices site, it'll tell you what they want back.
the only stuff they might remotely care about will have a Cisco asset tracking sticker on it
But what about if I quit on my own?
you can keep it, no need to return
Those are the peanut's value come with LR and already old/outdated
Keep them until asked to return them
