definitely censoring posts. I tried 4 times to post something and they kept taking it down. It really just reinforced what has already been said on the Pay Increase thread so I'm not sure why it was being deleted.

If the info is on a public website, it's public info to anyone going to that website. Just link to any Linked-In page.
We had a convo about this few months back, and this post summed up the site rules nicely
If you take a look at the site's footer, as well as the posts with #deletions tag, you'll see that the site does outline some ground rules for posting. It basically comes down to this:
anonymity rule - meaning you can't post names or post that much info that pinpoints to a certain individual for sure (does not apply to naming c-suits as they are public figures already)
no bashing/no slurs rule - meaning no derogatory comments towards individuals or groups, and no personal attacks (you can make harsh remarks regarding someone’s work actions, but can't direct anger towards one's persona)
no off-topics (political/religious/ethnic rants).
Think that's it.

We keep getting run over in the name of "progress". We know there is quit a bit of human stupi--dity out there that is always late to the realization party when it's too late and there rights are gone. We need people to wake-up to the fact that the good ol' US of A will never have the same value-grounded foundation that built it in the first place!
