L1 and L0 are now forced to receive weekly pay starting in 2025. I wonder why no opinions were collected before hand or gaining input.

The weekly pay checks also means weekly payments for medical. In the long run it will cost all of us more money.

Its all the same amount of money. If you dont like it, transfer 1 check into savings and then when you get the other check combine them.
I wonder why they bothered to do this. I'm on the fence about which one I'd prefer, but it's pretty typical of our leadership to not ask us L1s before making sweeping changes.
