Should companies that move American jobs to India be allowed to get US Government Contracts funded by the American tax payers? Seems like a National Security risk in terms of transferring technology knowledge to foreign governments. It's also a US economic risk because they are removing the US tax base and crippling the American consumer.

OP, start at home, don’t buy anything produced outside of US.
I think a better alternative would be to set a threshold only a certain percentage of employees can be offshored lets say 10 to 20 percent or levy higher tax on companies if they exceed this threshold so that it becomes more cheaper to hire locally. The current pay scale has such extreme wide gaps between cheaper countries and US they will tend to hire everyone in this cheaper countries.
Expecting our govt to stand for the people? Haha
Btw, this is what China and India do too. I remember an exec once said, we have to expand in India because we want to do business in India. I hope US takes similar steps to safeguard jobs here

Pro-America means supporting ALL Americans; no name calling; rooted in reality; having a vision better than the rest; leading by example; and striving to be better everyday.
What's petty about being pro-America?
